Financing provided by the group is senior or junior in position and flexible with respect to terms. Financing is usually provided to finance acquisitions, stock buy-backs, expansions, or refinancing. With the strong support of its institutional partners, the Group provides bridge financing to companies of between $25 million and $1 billion.
