Brascan SoundVest Focused Business Trust holds a diversified portfolio comprised primarily of business income trusts that are expected to provide an attractive yield for investors, while offering the potential for capital appreciation. Investments may include up to 15% of the value of the portfolio, convertible securities of business income trusts or equity securities of issuer that have their intention to convert to business income trusts that that may be expected to become business income trusts.

The Fund was established in October 2005 and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BSF.UN.
