Brookfield has developed a number of income products, with a particular focus on income trusts, to meet the needs of institutional and retail investors seeking yield.

Income trusts are investment flow-through vehicles in Canada, which are similar to REIT’s and Master Limited Partnerships in the U.S. and traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. With a strategic focus on assets that produce consistent and sustainable cash flows, we are well positioned to develop and manage income products for this market. Brookfield and its affiliates currently manage three income trusts and one REIT.
