Our Bridge Lending Group provides short-term and standby credit facilities of
6 to 36 months with extensions available. Special emphasis is placed on clients with strong management teams, proven operating histories and tangible assets and secure cash flows. Financing provided by the group is senior or junior in position and flexible with respect to terms. Financing is usually provided to finance acquisitions, stock buy-backs, expansions, or refinancing. With the strong support of its institutional partners, the Group provides bridge financing to companies of between $25 million and $1 billion.
