Managing Partner, Renewable Power, General Counsel
Jennifer Mazin is a Managing Partner at Brookfield and serves as General Counsel of Renewable Power. In that capacity, she has overall responsibility for transaction execution and public company matters, including corporate governance and public disclosure.
Ms. Mazin joined Brookfield in 2014 as General Counsel of Renewable Power. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Mazin was Assistant General Counsel at a large global mining company and worked at a leading New York-based law firm, where she focused on cross-border corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as governance and disclosure requirements.
Ms. Mazin holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and graduated from Western University. She is called to the bars of the State of New York and the Province of Ontario.
