Rinki Ganguli
Rinki Ganguli is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for leading legal aspects of transaction execution and portfolio management in India and the Middle East. She is also responsible for corporate legal and regulatory matters for Brookfield’s asset management activities in India.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Ganguli was a Partner at AZB & Partners, specializing in corporate law and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Ganguli has a Bachelor of Laws from University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
