Aaron Kline
Aaron Kline is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Kline is responsible for leading the global tax function for the infrastructure business. Mr. Kline is also the Head of Global Tax for Brookfield Asset Management, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager’s tax function, including tax strategy, risk management, tax authority audits and compliance.
Mr. Kline joined Brookfield in 2009 and previously held several tax-related positions in Brookfield’s Corporate, Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked in the tax practice of a global public accounting firm.
Mr. Kline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
