John Roglieri is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, Mr. Roglieri is responsible for managing Strategic Credit Initiatives focusing on private and asset-backed credit. He works across our real estate, infrastructure and ABF partner manager teams to create and structure client solutions, including managed account portfolios, ABS securitizations and CLO structures, private transaction syndications, and other structured solutions. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Mr. Roglieri was Head of Global Markets Solutions and Head of Complex Structuring at BNP Paribas.

Mr. Roglieri holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
