The business, the inventor of electric heat-tracing provides the critical wiring systems that regulate the temperature of pipes in industrial plants and commercial buildings in end-markets that include commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure and energy. We are partnering with Chemelex to unlock its potential as an independent business and position it to capture growing global demand for critical temperature management solutions.

Modulaire is a leader in modular leasing services and infrastructure across Europe and Asia Pacific. The business provides flexible spaces and value-add services to the infrastructure, real estate, construction and public sectors.

With a global fleet of approximately 330,000 modular units across 23 countries, Modulaire services more than 50,000 customers. Since investing in the business, we have focused on driving operational enhancements that include standardizing technology and procurement processes and building consistent site footprints across regions to enhance customer service.

After we completed the take-private of Network International, a leading merchant acquirer and card issue processor in the Middle East in 2024, we identified the opportunity to build a leading high-growth payments platform in the Middle East and Africa region.
