Arturo Pelaez is a Managing Director with Brookfield Reinsurance, responsible for Portfolio Management and Strategy.

Prior to joining Brookfield Reinsurance in 2022, Mr. Pelaez served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Voya Financial. Previously, Mr. Pelaez was an investment banker with Citigroup where he focused on Insurance M&A across the U.S., Latin America and Europe.

Mr. Pelaez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School.
