Jamie Bull is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Funds Group. In this role, Mr. Bull is responsible for the legal aspects of private fund formation and structuring for private investment funds sponsored by Brookfield.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bull worked as an attorney in the private funds group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.

Mr. Bull holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University.
