James Bodi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal and Regulatory Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing Brookfield’s Bermuda office and corporate legal and regulatory compliance for its associated Bermuda entities. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bodi was a director of Estera Services (Bermuda) and practiced corporate law as a partner at Appleby (Bermuda). He was previously an associate at leading Canadian law firms.
 
Mr. Bodi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Western University Faculty of Law.
