The business, the inventor of electric heat-tracing provides the critical wiring systems that regulate the temperature of pipes in industrial plants and commercial buildings in end-markets that include commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure and energy. We are partnering with Chemelex to unlock its potential as an independent business and position it to capture growing global demand for critical temperature management solutions.
 

Everise is a rapidly-growing end-to-end customer experience solutions provider. 

The business combines customer and technical support services with AI, automation, analytics and cloud-based technology to deliver bespoke customer solutions. Specializing in healthcare outsourcing, Everise counts six of the top 10 healthcare insurance payer companies among its clients and is well-positioned to benefit from favorable trends driving healthcare growth globally.
 

GEMS Education is a leading global operator of private K-12 schools. It is the largest operator in the Middle East, with approximately 140,000 students enrolled in over 60 schools across the UAE and Qatar.

In 2024 we partnered with the founding family to provide flexible, strategic capital ad operating expertise to support GEMS in the next phase of its growth. As a provider of critical social infrastructure in the Middle East, GEMS is ideally-positioned to benefit from the region’s growth as the largest and fastest growing private K-12 market globally.

During our ownership, the business has meaningfully reinvested in its future growth, including in manufacturing capacity expansion. Today, Clarios is positioned at the forefront of global automotive electrification trends.
 

CDK Global is a leading provider of technology services and software solutions that help automotive dealers and manufacturers run their businesses more efficiently. 

The business provides mission-critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to automotive dealerships, delivering high value technology solutions to its customers. Since acquiring CDK through a take-private transaction in 2022, we have focused on growth and operational initiatives to modernize the business’ technology offering, broaden its product range and enhance the user experience.
 

Modulaire is a leader in modular leasing services and infrastructure across Europe and Asia Pacific. The business provides flexible spaces and value-add services to the infrastructure, real estate, construction and public sectors.

With a global fleet of approximately 330,000 modular units across 23 countries, Modulaire services more than 50,000 customers. Since investing in the business, we have focused on driving operational enhancements that include standardizing technology and procurement processes and building consistent site footprints across regions to enhance customer service.

Magnati Payments was formed in 2022 in a partnership between Brookfield and First Abu Dhabi Bank to carve out the bank's payments business. After we completed the take-private of Network International, a leading merchant acquirer and card issue processor in the Middle East in 2024, we identified the opportunity to build a leading high-growth payments platform in the Middle East and Africa region. 

By combining Network and Magnati, these complementary businesses create the scale and capabilities to engage in new revenue streams, explore synergies, and strengthen unit economics to deliver significant benefits for customers.
 

DexKo Global is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of axles, chassis and other engineered components for the towable industrial and recreational trailer industries.

The business manufactures and distributes over 65,000 products, including customized solutions for over 40,000 customers globally. Since investing in the business, we have been focused on operational improvements focused on supply chain improvements and manufacturing productivity.
