Managing Partner, Renewable Power & Transition

Jennifer Mazin is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group and serves as General Counsel. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for transaction execution and public company matters, including corporate governance and public disclosure.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Mazin was Assistant General Counsel at a large global mining company and worked at a New York-based law firm, where she focused on cross-border corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as governance and disclosure requirements.

Ms. Mazin holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
