Jennifer Mazin is Co-President of Brookfield Renewable Partners and General Counsel in Brookfield’s Energy Group. In this role, she has overall responsibility for transaction execution and public company matters.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Mazin was Assistant General Counsel at a global mining company and worked at a New York-based law firm, where she focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance.

Ms. Mazin holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
