Centersquare is a large-scale, multi-tenant, retail colocation provider with best-in-class connectivity solutions. Its portfolio comprises approximately 50 retail colocation data centers serving over 2,600 customers across a variety of sectors, primarily in the U.S. In addition, in 2023, Brookfield acquired Compass Datacenters, a leading developer, owner and operator of wholesale data centers across eight campuses primarily in the U.S. and Canada.

Ascenty is a leader in hyperscale data center infrastructure in Latin America. In 2019, we partnered with Digital Realty Trust (DLR) to jointly acquire the company, and Ascenty is now the largest whole data center provider serving Latin America, with the majority of its operations located in Brazil.
