Over the course of Brookfield’s investment, we have made significant capex investments in the refurbishment and upgrading of existing villages’ facilities, amenities, and digital offerings. There has also been expansion of the U.K. villages through the development of new lodges and new accommodation types, in addition to the development of the County Longford village in Ireland.

Today, Center Parcs is a category leader in the U.K. and Ireland with a 97% occupancy rate and benefits from ~60% repeat customer visits. With an iconic brand, well-invested estate the business is well-positioned to deliver on the growth avenues ahead.
