Brookfield acquired Center Parcs in 2015. Since acquisition, facilities and amenities have been upgraded, approximately 250 new lodges have been built, and EBITDA has increased by 30%. Brookfield also invested almost £100 million to redevelop the website and computer systems, streamlining the booking process to better meet customer demand.

Today, Center Parcs serves over 2 million guests per year with a 98% occupancy rate, providing stable cash flows.
