Brookfield acquired its first multifamily project in Jing’an District of Shanghai in 2022. Encompassing a ground construction area of about 18,000m2, the asset it is expected to offer approximately 280 units of high-quality rental housing. It will continue to use the Blinq brand, which targets middle- and high-end customers, and is scheduled to enter the market in 2024.
