Sabrina Kanner

Executive Vice President of Development, Design and Construction, Brookfield Properties

Sabrina Kanner is the Executive Vice President of Development, Design and Construction and responsible for overseeing Development in the Northeast U.S.

With Brookfield Properties and its predecessor, Olympia & York, for over 35 years, Sabrina joined the construction division of Olympia & York in 1982. In her tenure with the company, Sabrina has played a key role in the construction, design and development or redevelopment of over 40 million square feet of signature Brookfield projects such as World Financial Center, Brookfield Place, 300 Madison Avenue, Halley Rise, the restoration/renovation of the Winter Garden at World Financial Center after 9/11, and Manhattan West.

Sabrina holds a B.A. from Union College and is a member of WX and the National Academy of Construction. Additionally, Sabrina sits on the Board of Directors of the New York Building Congress (Vice Chair), The Salvadori Center (Chair), The Regional Plan Association, Urban Green Council (Secretary), The Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation, Cedar Realty Trust, and The Opus Group.

Ian Siegel

Account Director, Willow

Ian Siegel has an incredible passion for helping owners of commercial real estate activate the data throughout their portfolio to reduce operating costs, energy consumption, and carbon emissions. As a licensed architect with a background in design and construction, Ian has led Willow’s implementation team on several major construction projects throughout North America for Brookfield Properties and other benchmark customers. Ian now works closely with portfolio customers to ensure their success in reaching their business goals through the use of Willow’s Activate technology.
