Courtney Kaita is a Managing Director of Brookfield Wealth Solutions. She is also Co-Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions’ U.S. life and annuity businesses. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing structured investments within the portfolio.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Kaita was at Global Atlantic Financial Group, where she was a vice president on its asset origination team. Ms. Kaita previously held various structuring and syndication roles at Morgan Stanley within the securitized products group.
  
Ms. Kaita holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music degrees from the University of Michigan.
