Andrea Rocheleau is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Energy Group where she leads the legal execution of global investment opportunities. Ms. Rocheleau has held various legal roles at Brookfield, including most recently as general counsel of TerraForm Power.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, Ms. Rocheleau was an associate at the law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

Ms. Rocheleau holds a law degree from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
