David Lanterman is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for asset management for hospitality real estate in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Mr. Lanterman worked at developer, owner and operator White Lodging. Over his tenure, he served in successive roles including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a hospitality portfolio valued at over $4.5 billion.

Mr. Lanterman holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University. He serves on Marriott and Hyatt brand advisory boards.
