Dean Abramsohn is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Energy Group. In this role, he oversees the finance operations for the group's strategies, including the Brookfield Global Transition Fund series and the Catalytic Transition Fund. He previously worked in Brookfield's Private Equity Group.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Abramsohn was Chief Financial Officer at The MRG Group. He previously held several senior management roles in finance at One Toronto Gaming and Barrick Gold Corporation.

Mr. Abramsohn holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a CPA designation.
