Dean Abramsohn is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Energy Group. In this role, Mr. Abramsohn oversees the finance and operations across the group's strategies, including the Brookfield Global Transition Fund series and the Catalytic Transition Fund. Previously, he worked in Brookfield's Private Equity Group and held progressively senior finance roles across the organization, including serving as CFO of a private equity portfolio company.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Abramsohn worked at Barrick Gold, a global mining company based in Toronto.

Mr. Abramsohn holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
