Deborah Grant is Head of Strategy for Brookfield’s Credit business. In this role, her responsibilities include a range of strategic and operational initiatives across the credit platform.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Ms. Grant was a Managing Director at Public Sector Pension (PSP) where she led strategic partnerships with PSP’s partners on a cross-asset class basis. Ms. Grant previously held various senior roles across public and private markets at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to Goldman, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Ms. Grant holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queen's University.
