Fabian Neuenschwander is a Managing Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Group and is the Portfolio Manager for Brookfield's core-plus open-end real estate strategy. In addition, Mr. Neuenschwander has a senior leadership role in the sourcing of real estate secondary investments and special situations globally.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Neuenschwander was co-head of real estate secondaries Europe, co-head real estate Americas and global head of real estate deal development at Partners Group.

Mr. Neuenschwander holds a Master of Accounting and Finance degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
