Isaac MacDonald is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he oversees tax structuring, transactions and operations of Brookfield’s real estate flagship strategies.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. MacDonald was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he represented private equity funds and public companies in domestic and cross-border M&A, dispositions, spin-offs, joint venture transactions and restructurings.

Mr. MacDonald holds a Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
