Jessica Diab is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Credit Group. In this role, Ms. Diab is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions for our credit and structured solutions strategies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Diab was an associate at a leading global law firm, focusing on finance and restructuring.

Ms. Diab holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University.
