Kateryna Yason is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Yason leads the global portfolio management legal function and is the group’s Chief Risk Officer.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Ms. Yason was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a regulated trust company.

Ms. Yason holds joint Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
