Prateek Shroff is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he focuses on all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, he was senior legal counsel at the principal investment holding company of Tata Sons.

Mr. Shroff holds a degree from the West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences.
