Rachel Arnett is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she focuses on transaction execution, monetizations and portfolio company legal oversight across North American investments. She also serves on the board of Lightspeed, a Brookfield portfolio company.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Ms. Arnett practiced M&A law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Ms. Arnett holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
