Rachel Russell
Rachel Russell is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group and co-Head of its Capital Solutions Business. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Brookfield’s capital markets activities and capabilities across a variety of asset classes.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Ms. Russell was a managing director at a leading investment bank. She most recently served as the global head of the CLO new issue business, responsible for the origination, financing, structuring and syndication of CLOs.
Ms. Russell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of British Columbia and is a CFA charterholder.
