Rachit Kothari is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. He is a senior member of the India team and has led several investments, dispositions and financings across sectors. Mr. Kothari also manages capital decisions for the India office portfolio and serves on the Board of the Brookfield India REIT.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, he worked in a large global alternative asset manager in their real estate acquisitions team.

Mr. Kothari holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
