Ralph Klatzkin is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he focuses on tax structuring in North America and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Klatzkin was a tax manager at a North American power and energy infrastructure investment firm, where he focused on private equity, hedge fund and credit fund structures.

Mr. Klatzkin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University.
