Roger Kramer is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Investment Solutions Group. In this role, Mr. Kramer leads the Portfolio Solutions team supporting Brookfield’s third-party insurance investors.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Kramer was co-head of asset management at Brighthouse Financial where he was responsible for strategic objectives and optimizing portfolios. He also worked at Voya Financial and Lincoln Financial Group where he focused on investment strategy and alternative investments.

Mr. Kramer holds a Master of Finance degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
