Ryan Schwartz is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. He leads the Investment Solution Group’s Credit and Brookfield’s High Grade Corporate Solutions teams. As Head of ISG Credit for the Portfolio Solutions team, he develops tailored multi-strategy credit solutions by leveraging the breadth of Brookfield’s global credit investment capabilities. Mr. Schwartz also oversees Brookfield’s High Grade Corporate Solutions team, which originates, underwrites, structures, executes and manages structured corporate investments, often with investment-grade risk profiles.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Schwartz led the direct lending team at Global Atlantic. Previously, he held roles at Lone Star Funds within its private credit and special situations team, and at Wells Fargo in leveraged finance investment banking.

Mr. Schwartz holds a Master of Science degree from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
