Shiv Gupta is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, Mr. Gupta is responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in Australia, as well as operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies in the broader Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Gupta worked for KKR & Co.

Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. Mr. Gupta is also a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Gupta currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of La Trobe Financial and Trimco, and is responsible for overseeing those investments.
