Susan Elolampi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. As Global Head of Family Investors, she is responsible for developing partnerships with, as well as Brookfield’s coverage strategy for, leading family investors worldwide.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Ms. Elolampi was Head of Family Coverage for UBS and worked on control and minority investment transactions in corporates and real estate. She also founded the family coverage group at JPMorgan and previously covered U.S. and European financial sponsors.

Ms. Elolampi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University.
