Bruce Flatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield, a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management, wealth solutions, and its operating businesses, with over $1 trillion in assets under management. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Flatt joined Brookfield in 1990 and became CEO in 2002. Under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries.

Mr. Flatt also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Brookfield Asset Management and has served on many public company boards over the past three decades.

Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank.

Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Nicholas Goodman is President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for allocating the Corporation’s capital across Brookfield’s various businesses and new business initiatives. He also has overall responsibility for global finance, tax, treasury and capital markets. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Goodman joined Brookfield in 2010 and since then has held several roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Goodman worked for large financial institutions in London and New York.

Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Hadley Peer Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s finance, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. She is also a Managing Partner and co-Head of Brookfield’s infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses, where she oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments. She is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at a leading investment bank, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.

Ms. Peer Marshall holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Brian Kingston is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield's Real Estate business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Real Estate business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kingston led Brookfield’s Australian business activities, holding the positions of CEO of Brookfield Office Properties Australia, CEO of Prime Infrastructure and CFO of Multiplex. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Kingston joined Brookfield in 2001. Under his leadership, Brookfield has conducted a wide range of mergers & acquisitions activities, including investments in Forest City Realty Trust, General Growth Properties and Canary Wharf.

Mr. Kingston holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.

Cyrus Madon is Executive Vice Chair of Brookfield Asset Management. He also serves as the Executive Chair of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategy and providing investment oversight, while supporting the broader team in executing our growth initiatives. Additionally, he is a member of Brookfield's Executive Committee.

Mr. Madon joined Brookfield in 1998 and has held a number of senior roles across the organization, including CEO of Brookfield's Private Equity business.

Mr. Madon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. He is also on the board of the C.D. Howe Institute.

Craig Noble is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Credit business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations, and the expansion of the Credit business which encompasses Brookfield’s credit strategies and partnerships with affiliated managers. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Since joining Brookfield in 2004, Mr. Noble has held a variety of senior roles across private and public markets, including most recently CEO of Alternative Investments. Mr. Noble previously held investment roles in credit and infrastructure and was the CIO and CEO of Brookfield's public securities business. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Noble spent five years with Bank of Montreal focused on corporate lending and corporate finance. 

Mr. Noble holds a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and is a CFA charterholder.

Sam Pollock is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Infrastructure business and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Infrastructure business. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Since joining Brookfield in 1994, Mr. Pollock has held a number of senior positions across the organization, including leading Brookfield’s corporate investment group and its private equity business.

Mr. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Anuj Ranjan is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and Brookfield Business Partners. In this role, Mr. Ranjan is responsible for the investments, operations and expansion of the Private Equity business, in addition to managing Brookfield’s external strategic partnerships. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.
 
Mr. Ranjan joined Brookfield in 2006 and has held various positions within the company and its affiliates. He established and previously led Brookfield’s India and Middle East operations.
 
Mr. Ranjan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta.

Sachin Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership and management of the business and sets its strategic direction as a leading provider of retirement services, wealth protection products and tailored capital solutions. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Shah joined Brookfield in 2002 and has held a variety of senior roles, including Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners where he was instrumental in growing the platform into a global business diversified across multiple technologies.

Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Natalie Adomait is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, Ms. Adomait is responsible for the global asset management group which focuses on the strategy and execution of business plans and delivery of value-add strategies.

Ms. Adomait began her career at Brookfield in 2011 focused on origination and investment execution for renewable power assets in North America and Europe. 

Pooja Aggarwal is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, she leads the portfolio management finance function for the India & Middle East regions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Aggarwal was the Chief Financial Officer at a global transmission company.

Ms. Aggarwal holds a Postgraduate degree of Chartered Accountancy from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is also a member.

Arpit Agrawal is a Managing Partner and Head of India and the Middle East for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Agrawal is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.
  
Prior to joining Brookfield’s in 2016, Mr. Agrawal was a vice president for an infrastructure asset manager.
  
Mr. Agrawal holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree from the National Institute of Technology Allahabad.

Onaiza Ahmed is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, Ms. Ahmed is responsible for leading the Brookfield Business Partners financial reporting and corporate controller teams. She oversees all aspects of technical accounting and public financial reporting and manages the external audit process, the onboarding of financial reporting for portfolio companies and supports Brookfield’s companies on technical accounting matters.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Ahmed worked for a multinational professional services partnership.

Ms. Ahmed holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Henrik Akerson is a Managing Director within Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operations of our European portfolio companies, as well as conducting due diligence on new and potential acquisitions.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Akerson worked for a global leader in security screening technologies as a vice president in operations and service, where he handled operations on a global scale.

Mr. Akerson holds a Master of Science degree from Luleå University of Technology and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

Erica Albrecht is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the Treasury, Private Fund Finance & Operations, and Asset Management Reporting teams.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Ms. Albrecht worked for Deloitte in their Financial Institutions audit practice.  

Ms. Albrecht holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. 

Marcos Almeida is a Managing Partner and Head of South America for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Almeida is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, Mr. Almeida worked for an international consulting firm, several accounting firms in Brazil and Switzerland, and for a large bank in Germany.

Mr. Almeida holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Lisa Anderson is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she leads the firm’s structured solutions efforts. Previously, Ms. Anderson was on the client relationship management team where she launched Brookfield’s Insurance Dedicated Fund.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Anderson held senior roles at investment banking institutions including Head of ABS research and Structured Credit business development.

Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.

Ben Annable is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the negotiation and legal aspects of the real estate group's European mergers and acquisitions activities, including deal structuring and execution. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Annable was a partner at a leading U.K. law firm, where he focused on M&A and joint ventures. 

Mr. Annable holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University.

Larry Antonatos is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Multi-Asset Solutions team for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, he oversees the portfolio construction process, including execution of asset allocation.

Mr. Antonatos joined Brookfield in 2011 as Product Manager for the firm’s equity investment strategies. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Antonatos was a portfolio manager for a U.S. REIT strategy for 10 years. He also has investment experience with direct property, CMBS, and mortgage loans.

Mr. Antonatos earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.

Nicholas Apostolatos is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in the healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Apostolatos served as a managing director at Barclays, where he was responsible for healthcare services investment banking. Mr. Apostolatos was previously a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Morgan Stanley where he began his career as an analyst in 1998.

Mr. Apostolatos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

Leila Araiche is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for human resources globally. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Araiche was a Director of HR strategy and operations for Ernst & Young’s transaction practice and a client advisor in its people advisors services, M&A and assurance practices. 

Ms. Araiche holds a Diploma in Accounting from McGill University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.

Elad Argaman is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. In this role, he focuses on real estate investments in Brazil, as well as other initiatives in Latin America across sectors, including office, logistics and housing.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2009, Mr. Argaman worked for Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Argaman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Brian Baker is an Operating Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Baker works primarily with our midstream operating companies to set strategic direction, manage risk and support growth initiatives to create long-term value. 

Since joining Brookfield in 2007, Mr. Baker has held several senior roles across the Infrastructure Group.  

Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Inés Bargueño is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Brookfield's Renewable Power & Transition Group in Europe. In this role, she works with our portfolio companies on expanding their growth strategies and optimizing their performance. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Bargueño held several leadership roles in organizations across the energy, technology, engineering and consulting sectors.

Ms. Bargueño holds Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Electrical Engineering degree from Université libre de Bruxelles.

Devin Barnwell is a Managing Partner and Global Head of Portfolio Management for Brookfield Properties and co-leader of the logistics sector.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Barnwell worked in the real estate investing group at Morgan Stanley, where she was an asset manager in the real estate investing practice overseeing the Southeast and Texas.

Ms. Barnwell holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. In 2019 she was recognized by Globe Street as the Investment Professional of the Year in the Inaugural Women of Influence awards and is an active member of various real estate organizations including NAIOP, ULI and Women Lead at Georgia State University.

Lowell Baron is President and Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for Brookfield’s global real estate investment and asset management activities. Since joining Brookfield in 2005, he has held several senior roles across the organization, including overseeing the establishment of Brookfield’s multifamily and hospitality operating platforms, and its growth into alternative real estate sectors. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.
 
Prior to 2005, Mr. Baron worked at Deutsche Bank where he focused on real estate private equity and investment banking.
 
Mr. Baron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Yeshiva University.

Anthony Bavaro is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of trade execution and settlement, operational fund management, asset valuation and servicing and risk reporting and tracking. Additionally, he works across Brookfield’s businesses assisting with execution of special situations.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Bavaro was Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Sandell Asset Management, responsible for financial reporting, operations and back office administration.

Mr. Bavaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College and is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jon Bayer is a Managing Partner in Brookfield Wealth Solutions, responsible for growing the platform through mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bayer served as Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Development, at Fidelity & Guaranty Life.  He was previously an investment banker, focused on advising insurance companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.

Doug Bayerd is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in the technology and software sectors.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bayerd was a Principal at Marlin Equity Partners where he led transactions in technology with an emphasis in enterprise software. Prior to Marlin, Mr. Bayerd worked at Golden Gate Capital, where he focused on software and business services sectors. He also worked in the special situations division of Oaktree Capital Management and began his career at Deutsche Bank, working on leveraged finance and financial sponsor mergers and acquisitions.
 
Mr. Bayerd holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Justin Beber is Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he has primary oversight of Brookfield’s corporate operations, including corporate strategy, human resources, risk management, technology, legal, compliance, and internal audit activities. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Beber joined Brookfield in 2007 and has held a variety of senior roles including Head of Strategic Initiatives for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. Prior to Brookfield, he was a partner with a leading Toronto-based law firm, where his practice focused on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity.

Mr. Beber holds a combined Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from McGill University.

Ted Berklayd is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the active management, growth and strategic direction for Brookfield's European real estate investments.

Mr. Berklayd joined Brookfield in 2011, as part of the corporate finance group, before heading the European finance team, and later the portfolio management team. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Berklayd was a senior associate for Duff & Phelps’ transaction advisory services group in New York.

Mr. Berklayd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (license expired).

Chloe Berry is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Berry is the Head of the Brookfield Infrastructure Income Strategy and is also responsible for the group’s global capital markets and treasury function.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Berry worked in corporate finance and M&A at large multinational corporations and a global investment bank.
 
Ms. Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University.

Sara Beugelmans is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for overseeing the tax function for Brookfield’s U.S. real estate funds and balance sheet assets. Previously, she managed tax structuring and compliance for Brookfield’s U.S. office portfolio.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2009, Ms. Beugelmans worked at Andersen Tax in the private equity and international tax groups. 

Ms. Beugelmans holds a Juris Doctor with a Tax Concentration degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University. Ms. Beugelmans is a member of the California State Bar. 

Shashank Bhalla is a Managing Director and Head of Europe for Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the insurance platform in the U.K. and Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Bhalla was an investment banker focused on advising insurance companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also worked at several leading U.K. insurers.

Mr. Bhalla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Warwick. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Keshav Bhojania is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in Europe.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bhojania worked in the advisory group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for M&A and financings across the natural resources sector, including infrastructure.
  
Mr. Bhojania earned a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi.

Carolyn Bidwell is Head of Tax for Brookfield’s Global Client and Credit Groups, as well as Head of U.S. Tax for Brookfield Asset Management. She is responsible for strategic tax planning and structuring across the asset management business, leading the global tax function for the Credit business, tax structuring across all Brookfield private funds, and tax-related legislative and regulatory initiatives. Previously, she oversaw the global mergers and acquisitions tax team in the Real Estate Group and the structuring of Brookfield’s global real estate funds.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Bidwell was an associate at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Clifford Chance, where she represented private equity funds and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and fund structuring.
 
Ms. Bidwell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London. Ms. Bidwell serves as a committee member of the Real Estate Roundtable, NAREIT, the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, and several other industry groups. She also serves on the board of directors of the United Way of New York City.

Barry Blattman is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he focuses on senior, strategic client and business relationships, and contributes to general business development and transaction strategy globally. He also serves on the board of directors for Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Wealth Solutions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Blattman was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, having begun his career with Salomon Brothers in 1986.

Mr. Blattman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He serves on the board of Montefiore Health System and chairs its Real Estate Planning and Development Committee.

Jeff Blidner is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Corporation.

Mr. Blidner also serves as Chairman of Brookfield Renewable Partners, Chairman of Brookfield Business Partners, and as a Director of Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a Senior Partner of a Canadian law firm.

Ron Bloom is a Managing Partner and Vice Chair in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution across North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Bloom was Vice Chairman, U.S. Investment Banking, at Lazard, focused on restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as Assistant to the President for Manufacturing Policy where he provided leadership on policy development and strategic planning for the Administration’s agenda to revitalize the manufacturing sector. Before joining the White House, Mr. Bloom served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury.

Mr. Bloom holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.

James Bodi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal and Regulatory Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing Brookfield’s Bermuda office as well as corporate legal and regulatory compliance for its associated Bermuda entities.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bodi practiced corporate law as a partner at a leading offshore law firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced tax and corporate law in Canada.

Mr. Bodi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western University Faculty of Law.

David Bonasia is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies in the Americas. Mr. Bonasia has held various positions across the organization including investment origination and execution within the technology services sector, value creation and strategy as a member of the business operations team and investment analysis across deals in the industrial and business services sectors.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Bonasia held roles in private equity and investment banking, with a focus on M&A and complex restructurings. 

Mr. Bonasia holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Eric Bonnor is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is the senior relationship manager responsible for the Canadian market.

Mr. Bonnor joined Brookfield in 1998 and has held a number of senior positions across the organization. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for capital raising, marketing and investor relations efforts globally. He also served as Managing Director for the company’s timber assets in Brazil and established Brookfield’s Brazil Timber Fund I.

Mr. Bonnor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.

Michael Botha is an Operating Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Botha oversees operations, risk management and a variety of asset management activities for Brookfield’s open-ended core infrastructure fund and its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2001, Mr. Botha worked in the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm.

Mr. Botha holds a Bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Madeleine Bourdon is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for Human Resources globally. She has held several leadership positions in human resources across the group.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2004, Ms. Bourdon worked for an international management consulting firm in organizational development.

Ms. Bourdon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Business Administration from l’Université du Québec en Outaouais.

Nicolas Britten-Jones is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, with a focus on transactional and corporate activities in Australia.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Britten-Jones held various roles at global law firms in London and Melbourne with a focus on banking and finance transactions.   

Mr. Britten-Jones holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Flinders University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment degree from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Dani Brody is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for various legal and operational matters, including oversight of key governance frameworks and global enterprise risk management.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Brody worked at the law firm Allen & Overy LLP where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Brody holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School as well as Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Lehigh University.

Anamica Broetz is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for investor relations and fundraising for Brookfield Sponsor Solutions business.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Ms. Broetz was global head of PE fundraising and investor relations at DWS Private Equity, where she successfully led the fundraising of several commingled funds across multiple strategies including secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds and private credit. She was also a voting member on the PE Investment Committee. Prior to DWS, Ms. Broetz held several capital markets roles with firms including Deutsche Bank M&A, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Flemings and Peregrine Capital.

Ms. Broetz holds a Masters in Finance degree from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University. 

Ed Brogan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he leads legal activities in Europe, including transaction origination and execution. He also supports the portfolio management team, serving as a key contact for portfolio companies in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Brogan was a senior associate with a leading international law firm.

Mr. Brogan holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oxford.

Mark Brown is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and serves as the Portfolio Manager for Brookfield Premier Real Estate Partners, Brookfield’s open-end U.S. core-plus fund. Previously, he was responsible for global business and fund development, and managing the capital structure and financing strategies for Brookfield Properties’ U.S. office division.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Smith Barney and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. 

Mr. Brown holds a Master of Business Administration degree from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University. He is the Principal Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Brookfield DTLA Fund Office Trust Investor Inc.

Ben Brown is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, and Head of the Americas region. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all real estate activities in the region, including investments and portfolio management. Mr. Brown has held various roles at the Firm, including head of office globally, and he has lead acquisitions and dispositions for the office property business in the U.S. and London. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Brown worked at the New Boston Fund, Sovereign Bank and Thor Equities.

Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Executive Committee and Board of Governors.

James V. Bruno is a Managing Director and Head of the Americas for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. In this role, he leads a team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wealth intermediaries across leading wealth management firms and registered investment advisors in the U.S. and Latin America. He previously served as Global Head of Product Development and Advocacy.

Prior to joining Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions in 2023, Mr. Bruno was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Product Origination and Development for Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Over his fifteen-year tenure at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Bruno held other roles within alternative investments, including Head of Product Development for all illiquid products and liquid offerings. Prior to that, Mr. Bruno held alternative-focused product development roles at HSBC and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Bruno holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Daniel Buehrens is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Credit Group. In this role, he focuses on sourcing and investing across strategies, as well as financing the firm's real estate credit business.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Buehrens worked at Goldman Sachs as a vice president, where he focused on underwriting, structuring and distribution of commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Buehrens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hartwick College.

Jamie Bull is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, Mr. Bull is responsible for the legal aspects of private fund formation and structuring for private investment funds sponsored by Brookfield.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bull worked as an attorney in the private funds group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.

Mr. Bull holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University.

Andrew Burych is a Managing Partner and Head of East Asia for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment and portfolio management in the region, including Greater China, South Korea, Japan and South East Asia. He has held several positions across the organization including roles with the North American and European real estate teams.

Prior to joining Brookfield 2010, Mr. Burych worked at M3 Capital Partners in the U.K.

Mr. Burych holds a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto.

Gena Cangeloso is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she focuses on investor relations strategy and fundraising support for real estate private funds globally. She also oversees the group’s sustainability program.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Cangeloso held multiple client relations roles at KKR.

Ms. Cangeloso holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Paul Carrett is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the growth of the business in the Asia Pacific region, while seeking to help insurers to solve capital management and yield enhancement challenges.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Carrett held roles at Pacific Century Group, FWD Group and Prudential Corporation Asia. He has experience across insurance, banking and capital markets, in both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Carrett holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Australian National University and is a member of the Actuaries Institute.

Carlos Castro is an Operating Partner in Latin America as well as Country Head in Colombia for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. He is responsible for asset management activities in Colombia.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Castro held corporate finance roles in the financial and industrial sectors in Colombia, Washington, D.C., and São Paulo. He also worked in investment banking in Colombia and as the Chief Financial Officer of two Colombian companies.

Mr. Castro holds a Master of Science degree from the London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá.

Gail Cecil is a Managing Director in Brookfield Asset Management, focused on new product development and strategic initiatives.

Ms. Cecil joined Brookfield in 2003 and has held investment roles across various groups, including private equity, principal lending and public securities. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Cecil worked for an investment bank in its mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and equity capital markets groups.

Ms. Cecil holds a Master of Business Administration degree (with Honors) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western and an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Ms. Cecil holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Daniel Cheng is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing the renewable power business across Asia Pacific, as well as the Head of China for the group. Previously, Mr. Cheng was involved in Brookfield’s renewable power investment activities, primarily in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Cheng worked in the mergers and acquisitions investment banking division of BMO Capital Markets.

Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Cheng is a board member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.

Len Chersky is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Chersky was Executive Director at Lend Lease Corporation. He previously held a number of senior positions in investment banking and financial services as well as executive roles in major listed organizations in Australia.

Mr. Chersky holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of New South Wales.

Carl Ching is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ching responsible for transaction structuring in Canada and South America as well as related operational and tax oversight matters.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Ching worked in the transaction tax group for a leading accounting firm where he advised strategic and private equities on acquisitions, dispositions and international organizations.

Mr. Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.  He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Clarke is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing institutional client relationships across Brookfield’s private funds throughout the Central United States.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Clarke worked for Brown Brothers Harriman where he led fundraising and investor relations for their private equity funds.

Alexandra Cohl is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Infrastructure Group. In this role, she leads acquisition financing and capital markets activity for Brookfield’s infrastructure platform.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Cohl worked for a Canadian bank where she most recently held a director role in debt capital markets.

Ms. Cohl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Zachary Cohn is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he leads capital markets activities throughout the U.S. Previously, he held various roles within the Real Estate Group, including sourcing, underwriting, structuring and execution of debt investments.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, he worked at Citi, where he was responsible for the underwriting, origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt investments.

Mr. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.

Brian Cook is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for portfolio management. In this capacity, Mr. Cook plays leadership roles across risk, HSSE, and integration of new assets. He was previously Chief Financial Officer in Brookfield’s energy marketing group and Senior Vice President, Finance, for Brookfield Renewable Partners

. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2008, Mr. Cook held senior finance and investment positions at a major Canadian mutual fund company.

Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He is also on the investment committee for the Terry Fox Foundation and The Ottawa Hospital Foundation.

Thomas Corbett is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions.

Mr. Corbett joined Brookfield in 2008, and since then has held a number of senior finance positions in its Renewable Power Group including Chief Financial Officer of Brazilian renewable power operations as well as Chief Financial Officer of the energy marketing group. Mr. Corbett was most recently a Managing Director in Brookfield Asset Management, responsible for global accounting and financial reporting functions.

Mr. Corbett holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Alper Daglioglu is a Managing Partner and Head of Brookfield’s Investment Solutions Group. In this role, he leads the efforts to deliver innovative solutions to global institutional, private wealth and family capital clients by developing tailored multi-asset portfolio solutions that leverage Brookfield’s full suite of investment capabilities across renewable power and transition, infrastructure, private equity, real estate and credit.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Mr. Daglioglu spent more than two decades at Morgan Stanley in various roles. He most recently served as Head of Portfolio and Investment Manager Solutions, which encompassed all asset manager research, portfolio solutions, family investments, private markets and an outsourced CIO business, among other responsibilities.

Mr. Daglioglu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science degree from Galatasaray University. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charterholder.

Mitch Davidson is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group where he advises portfolio company leadership teams in the U.S.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Davidson held several senior executive positions with energy companies, most recently serving as President and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources. Before that, he held executive positions at Duke Energy North America, Entergy-Koch LP and Entergy Power Marketing Inc.

Mr. Davidson holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Texas State University.

Bryan Davis is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Property Partners, the Firm’s former flagship public real estate vehicle, Brookfield’s global office property company, and Trilon Financial Corp., Brookfield's financial services subsidiary.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 1999, he worked in restructuring and advisory services at Deloitte.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Marcus Day is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, execution and asset management of real estate secondary investments and special situations globally.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Day was head of acquisitions Americas for Partners Group. Mr. Day previously held senior investment roles at a U.S. real estate investment manager and a global investment bank.

Mr. Day holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of New South Wales.

Fred Day is a Managing Partner and Head of Legal for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Day is responsible for the legal function globally including oversight of legal and transaction execution activities.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Day was an associate at a leading law firm.

Mr. Day holds a Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, a Master of Business Administration degree from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston.

Agostino De Gasperis is a Managing Director in Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the human resources function.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. De Gasperis was an independent consultant providing advisory services to mid-sized, owner managed firms. Before that he served in a variety of financial, human resource and corporate management roles at Anheuser-Busch and Labatt Breweries of Canada. He began his career in the Toronto offices of KPMG.

Mr. De Gasperis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Nicolas De Narvaez is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he is responsible for investments across Latin America. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. De Narvaez worked for Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions across Latin America, and at Bank of America where he executed sponsor related transactions in the U.S. 

Mr. De Narvaez holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University and a Business degree from Colegio De Estudios Superiores de Administracion (CESA). 

Christine Dehil is a Managing Director and Head of Marketing for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Dehil was head of Americas marketing at AllianceBernstein where she was responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy for the institutional and intermediary distribution channels. Previously, she served as head of product communications for Legg Mason and its predecessor, Citigroup Asset Management.

Ms. Dehil holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University.

Jaspreet Dehl is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. Ms. Dehl has held a number of senior finance positions, within Brookfield’s Private Equity and Private Funds groups.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Ms. Dehl was part of the financial advisory services practice at Deloitte, specializing in corporate restructuring services and transaction execution services to private equity clients.

Ms. Dehl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Julian Deschâtelets is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for the capital markets and treasury function globally. He previously held several roles in corporate and project finance.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Deschâtelets worked as a project finance manager at Export Development Canada.

Mr. Deschâtelets holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from L’École des Hautes Études Commerciales and has been a CFA charterholder since 2002.

Carmela Di Meo is a Managing Director and Head of Marketing for Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, she is responsible for the group’s global strategic marketing initiatives.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Ms. Di Meo worked at PineBridge Investments as Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversaw the firm’s marketing, communications and product initiatives. Previously, Ms. Di Meo held a number of marketing leadership roles at AllianceBernstein, OppenheimerFunds, and Brown Brothers Harriman.
 
Ms. Di Meo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University.

Palmer Dobbs is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Credit Group. In this role, he focuses on the origination, underwriting, structuring and asset management of the group’s real estate debt strategies.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Dobbs worked at Alvarez & Marsal, where he supported the real estate advisory services group, with a focus on workouts, restructurings and recapitalizations of existing investments. Previously, Mr. Dobbs worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the real estate investment banking group.

Mr. Dobbs holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.

Dominic Dodds is a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management responsible for technology services globally.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Dodds led the North American infrastructure outsourcing services team for a global business management consulting organization, where he was responsible for the delivery and sales of IT services to some of the company's largest clients. Prior to that, Mr. Dodds was the Client Executive for a major Canadian utility and IT Director for the Players' Association of a popular professional sport in Canada.

Christopher Donahue is a Managing Director in Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he focuses on investments in the property and casualty sector. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Argo, Brookfield’s Specialty Property and Casualty business.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Donahue held roles at Lazard and Morgan Stanley focused on advising financial institutions.

Mr. Donahue holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of St. Andrews and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Shelley Doyle is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Doyle oversees the finance and operations of the private funds business. She also leads the group’s treasury operations.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Doyle held a variety of senior finance roles at large public companies in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Ms. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jason Dyki is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Capital Markets & Treasury Group. In this role, Mr. Dyki is responsible originating, executing and managing the debt capital solutions that support Brookfield’s investment strategies across the real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and private equity platforms in the Asia Pacific region. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Dyki was a State Director in the institutional property group at The Australian and New Zealand Banking Group. Previously, he held banking and accounting roles at Citi, Rothschild & Co., Ferrier Hodgson and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Mr. Dyki received Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Queensland and holds the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand designation.

Luke Edwards is Head of Australia and New Zealand for Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. He is also Head of Japan for Brookfield. In these roles, Mr. Edwards is responsible for the growth and management of renewable power and transition investments in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Brookfield’s overall growth in Japan. Mr. Edwards has previously served in Brookfield’s Infrastructure business, where he focused on investment origination, analysis and execution.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Edwards held various roles across engineering, commercial and investments sectors, including a director position at Citi. He has also held roles at Goldman Sachs in its power, utilities and infrastructure investment banking teams and has experience as a field engineer for Schlumberger in Brazil and Alaska.

Mr. Edwards holds Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Sydney.

Alex Elawadi is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he focuses on real estate transactions across asset classes in the U.S., with a focus on corporate and portfolio investments.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Elawadi held positions in real estate acquisitions and asset management at The Carlyle Group, and began his career in real estate investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
  
Mr. Elawadi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.

Philippa Elder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal & Regulatory group. In this role, she is responsible for corporate legal, governance and regulatory compliance for Brookfield’s asset management activities in Europe, Middle East and APAC.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2007 following the acquisition of Multiplex, she has held transactional and regulatory legal roles in our London and Sydney offices. Before this, Ms. Elder worked at international law firms in Australia and the U.K. where she focused on corporate finance.

Ms. Elder holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London.

Jad Ellawn is a Managing Partner, Regional Head of the Middle East, where he is responsible for the Firm’s activities in the region. Mr. Ellawn is responsible for bringing high-conviction investments to the investment committee for the Middle East Partners strategy. Mr. Ellawn has been investing in private equity in the region since 2010. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Ellawn held senior roles in the private equity division of a leading international investment bank. Before that, Mr. Ellawn held various roles within a large investment bank in New York and London. 

Mr. Ellawn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.

Kevin English is the Head of Business Management for Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he oversees global technology and operations initiatives focused on building scale and efficiency within the platform. He is also responsible for enhancing management processes and transparency across teams and key stakeholders within Brookfield.

Mr. English joined Brookfield in 2013 and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield’s Public Securities Group, where he oversaw the operating platform and several functional teams. Prior to Brookfield, he was a vice president at J.P. Morgan where he focused on operations and technology within the equities and prime brokerage businesses.

Mr. English holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Marcus Enns is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of project and acquisition financing globally. Mr. Enns has held several roles for the group, including overseeing North American capital markets, treasury and financial planning functions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2007, Mr. Enns worked for a large Canadian power utility.

Mr. Enns holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and is a CFA^® charterholder.

Patrick Enriquez is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Enriquez is responsible for business development and transaction execution across Brookfield’s Infrastructure funds in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Enriquez held successive investment banking roles at a leading investment bank.

Mr. Enriquez holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Gallen.

Sophie Fallman is Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, she is responsible for global fundraising strategies and private institutional investors across the region.  Previously, Ms. Fallman was the Head of Australia for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and prior to that was Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield’s private real estate funds, based in New York.

Before joining Brookfield in 2010, Ms. Fallman was the fund manager of a core-plus institutional real estate fund in Sydney, where she gained experience in asset management, development management and corporate property acquisitions.

Talora Farovitch is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for the Canadian tax implications of global real estate transactions, structures, and strategic and legislative initiatives.   

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Farovitch was a senior manager in the international tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Farovitch holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.

Benjamin Farrow is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Private Equity Group.  In this role, he has key leadership responsibilities in Brookfield's Special Investments strategy, including structuring, negotiating and executing transactions for the strategy globally.  Mr. Farrow has also led several corporate business development initiatives for Brookfield Asset Management.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Farrow worked in the private equity and restructuring groups at a global law firm.

Mr. Farrow holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree from Carleton University.

Josh Feyissa is a Managing Director in Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions’ U.S. life and annuity businesses, including American National and American Equity, with whom he works closely on day-to-day operations. Previously, Mr. Feyissa worked on Brookfield’s special investments team, focused on investment origination and execution.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Feyissa was at Apollo Global Management, where he focused on distressed credit and special situations investing.

Mr. Feyissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, where he was a Leslie Wong Fellow as a graduate of UBC’s Portfolio Management Foundation.

Ronald Fisher-Dayn is a Managing Partner at Brookfield. In this role, he is responsible for the regulatory compliance program for Brookfield’s asset management and broker-dealer activities in the U.S.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Fisher-Dayn held various legal and compliance roles in the asset management industry, including Head of Legal at Ivy Asset Management, an alternatives asset manager and a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon. Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, a fixed-income asset manager and subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Prior to that, Mr. Fisher-Dayn was an Associate in the Asset Management Group of the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

Mr. Fisher-Dayn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the University of Manchester School of Law in the U.K. and a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Nailah Flake is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for the origination, underwriting and asset management of the group’s real estate debt strategies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Flake was a Managing Director and head of originations for the commercial real estate lending group at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Flake holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College.

Alan Fleming is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he oversees investor relations for Brookfield Business Partners and leads the financial planning and strategic forecasting function for the Private Equity Group. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Fleming was a senior equity research analyst at Citigroup where he focused on coverage of the U.S. industrials sector.

Mr. Fleming holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

Suzanne Fleming is Global Head of Corporate Communications & Brand for Brookfield. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s public relations, branding, corporate marketing and internal communications globally.

Prior to joining Brookfield in June 2015, she was a Managing Director in corporate communications at Credit Suisse. She also worked in corporate communications at Morgan Stanley, both in New York and Hong Kong.

Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Huron College at Western University in Canada. She is on the board of Huron College.

André Flores is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for leading business development and transaction execution for investments in Brazil. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Flores was head of the commercial department at Votorantim Energia and an associate partner at McKinsey. 

Mr. Flores received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor’s degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro.

Adrian Foley is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, as well as President & Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Properties’ development group. He is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the Land & Housing and Development business lines in North America. 

Mr. Foley has held several roles across the organization since joining Brookfield Homes in 1996. He has served on the executive team for Brookfield Residential, Brookfield’s flagship residential property company, since 2011. 

Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Greenwich.

Kim Folkard is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, she leads the group’s global tax function, including tax planning and strategy, risk management, tax authority audits and compliance.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Ms. Folkard worked for a leading professional services and accounting firm.

Ms. Folkard holds a Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Nacho Font is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for client relationship and capital raising activities in the Middle East.

Before joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Font led institutional sales and client relations in the Middle East for American Century Investments. He also held EMEA sales and relationship management roles at DIAM and Wellington Management. Before that, he was an equity analyst at several firms, including Dresdner Kleinwort.

Mr. Font holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Buenos Aires and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jason Fooks is a Managing Director for Brookfield Asset Management, where he oversees all aspects of investor relations for the publicly traded company. In this role, he is responsible for communicating the company’s strategy, growth opportunities and financial position to public investors, research analysts and other key stakeholders. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Fooks held senior-level roles in investor relations and capital markets.

Mr. Fooks holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.

Paul Forestell is a Managing Partner and Chief Actuary of Brookfield Wealth Solutions, overseeing risk and actuarial functions. Previously, he was President and CEO of Brookfield Annuity, a life insurance company focused on helping organizations manage their defined benefit pension plans.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Forestell was a senior partner in a large global consulting firm with responsibility for their retirement consulting business in Canada.
 
Mr. Forestell holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries

Esteban Fornasar is a Managing Director for Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he focuses on strategic planning initiatives across finance, administration and capital markets. He also manages relationships with regional banks and other financial institutions in Brazil.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Fornasar held senior roles with several large financial institutions.

Mr. Fornasar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He is a CFA charterholder.

Brett Fox is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, focusing on the execution of the group’s legal, governance and regulatory strategies. He has held several senior roles across the organization focused on legal, corporate and administrative matters.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Fox was an Associate at the law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel.  

Mr. Fox earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Rodrigo Franco is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and is responsible for originating, executing, and overseeing investments in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Franco worked at a leading investment bank in the leveraged finance restructuring and origination group and in the corporate finance group of a Peruvian bank.

Mr. Franco holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru.

Scott Froehlich is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is a member of the firm’s advisory team, which focuses on optimizing the fund-raising process for Brookfield’s internal and partner-led credit strategies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Froehlich spent nine years at Eaton Partners, a global placement agent, where he was a managing director focused on origination, project management and distribution across credit and hedge fund strategies. Prior to Eaton, he spent several years in senior roles within fundraising and portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, he held various research and trading roles.

Mr. Froehlich holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.

Michael Fuller is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for its European Core-Plus Fund. In his previous role, he conducted deal sourcing and business development activities in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Nordics.
  
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Fuller served as a Principal at Apollo Global Management’s real estate and non-performing loan business in London. He was also an associate at Citi Property Investors covering a wide range of European real estate transactions and worked for BFD Finance Management in Munich, Germany.

Mr. Fuller received a Master of Business Administration degree from European Business School in Germany.

Bryan Gallagher is a Managing Director and Head of Legal for Brookfield’s Credit Group.  In this role, he manages and oversees legal aspects of the credit business, which includes providing legal oversight to Brookfield's credit investment strategies and capital solutions business, and working closely with Brookfield's partner managers and banking partners in the credit space to support and grow those relationships.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Gallagher was senior vice president and legal counsel at iCapital Network, overseeing legal affairs, fund offerings and new product initiatives.  Prior to iCapital, he was vice president and assistant general counsel at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he focused on alternative investments, as well as capital raising and regulatory matters.  He began his career as a corporate attorney at two global law firms.

Mr. Gallagher graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hofstra School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross.

Paulo Garcia is a Managing Partner in Corporate Operations, responsible for Legal and Regulatory areas in Brazil.

Mr. Garcia has been the head of the Legal area of Brookfield Brazil since January 2005 and the head of the Regulatory area since August 2013. As the head of the Legal area in Brookfield, Mr. Garcia is responsible for the legal affairs and a number of transaction execution deals of the Brookfield Group of companies in Brazil. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Garcia has occupied general counsel and associate general counsel positions for several companies including AMBEV, REXAM and CSN. Mr. Garcia also worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Law Firm in Brazil.

Mr. Garcia holds a post-graduate (1995) degree in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC), and graduated in Law from PUC in 1990. Mr. Garcia also took part of the Advanced Management Program of Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD in 2006.

Angel Garcia-Altozano Fesser is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Garcia-Altozano is primarily responsible for leading transportation-related investment activities in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Garcia-Altozano was a senior investment professional at a leading private infrastructure equity investor. 

Mr. Garcia-Altozano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CUNEF.

Anthony Gardner is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in Europe.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Gardner served on the board of Brookfield Business Partners. He previously served as U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, spent several years on the leadership team of Palamon Capital Partners, and in the leveraged finance and M&A groups of Bank of America and GE Capital, respectively. He has also worked at international law firms in London, Paris, New York and Brussels.

Mr. Gardner holds a Master of Finance degree from London Business School, a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, a Master of Philosophy degree from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. He is also a member of the board of Iberdrola S.A.

Alison Giampa is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for portfolio and transaction management globally for the real estate secondaries business. Previously, she held roles within the capital markets team and the real estate debt fund.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2008, Ms. Giampa worked at Morgan Stanley where she was responsible for the structuring, underwriting and legal coordination of its warehouse lending program.

Ms. Giampa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.

Sam Gleeson is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he leads the U.S. team responsible for sourcing and executing investments in the hospitality sector.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Gleeson was a principal on the real estate acquisitions team at Blackstone. 

Mr. Gleeson holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Kelly Goddard is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, Ms. Goddard is responsible for the global sustainability strategy across renewable power and transition operations and Brookfield’s transition funds.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Goddard worked for BP in a number of development, operations and strategy roles including most recently as senior vice president of sustainability globally.

Ms. Goddard holds a Master of Environmental Management degree with a concentration in environmental economics and policy from Duke University.

Murray Goldfarb is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for the legal and negotiation aspects of the group’s global mergers and acquisitions activities.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Goldfarb was a partner at the law firm of Fried Frank, where he represented private equity funds and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures.  

Mr. Goldfarb holds Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation degrees from the New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University.

Ignacio Gomez-Acebo is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he holds key leadership responsibilities on the group’s investment team in Europe. Mr. Gomez-Acebo has also led several corporate business development initiatives for Brookfield Asset Management.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Gomez-Acebo worked for Barclays’ investment banking division. 
 
Mr. Gomez-Acebo holds a Bachelor in Law and Business Administration degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

Hermes González-Bello is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for business operations and management of portfolio companies.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. González-Bello held several senior management roles at Danaher, most recently as President, Hach. He also served as President PALL Industrial, President Aquafine and President Hach Environmental. Mr. González-Bello began his career at Emerson in the process instrumentation and solutions group. He has also served the U.S. Department of Commerce as a standing member of the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee between 2009–15.

Mr. González-Bello holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Mike Greene is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for residential investments in the U.S. West.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Greene held various roles at institutional real estate firms focusing on the acquisition, disposition and development of residential and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S., most recently at Berkshire Residential Investments.

Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Dave Gregory is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for reviewing the group’s investment opportunities globally, as well as investment origination, analysis and execution within the U.S.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Gregory worked in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring group at Genuity Capital Markets.

Matthew Grimes is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Grimes is responsible for business development and transaction execution across Brookfield’s infrastructure funds in Asia Pacific.
  
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Grimes was an Associate Director with a Canadian pension plan investor and previously worked at a leading investment bank in Sydney, where he focused on the infrastructure sector.

Jean-Baptiste Guille-Biel is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he focuses on the planning and execution of Brookfield’s Special Investments strategy in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Guille-Biel worked at a U.S.-based private capital firm, and before that as part of a global bank’s leveraged finance team in London. He started his career in M&A at a European investment bank in Paris.

Mr. Guille-Biel holds a Master of Sciences degree from HEC Paris and a Master of Sciences degree from CEMS MIM.

Ankur Gupta is Head of Asia Pacific and Middle East for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all real estate activities in the region, including investments, portfolio management and new fund formation. He also has direct oversight of the South Asia sub-region.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Gupta worked for a leading real estate development firm.

Mr. Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Shiv Gupta is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operational due diligence and operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies in the Asia Pacific region. He currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of La Trobe Financial and Trimco, and is responsible for overseeing those investments

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Gupta was a Principal at KKR & Co, responsible for managing its private equity investments in Australia. He has also held various executive roles and started his career at the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney.

Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is also a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Kristen Haase is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for transaction execution for North America and is actively involved in portfolio company management and strategic matters.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Haase worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Davis Polk.

Ms. Haase holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary.

Natalie Hadad is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and co-Head of Brookfield’s open-end core infrastructure fund. In this role, Ms. Hadad oversees the origination, execution, and asset management of the firm’s infrastructure super-core investments.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Ms. Hadad was an investment professional in the private equity group of a leading investment manager.

Ms. Hadad holds a Master of Science degree from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jeremy Hall is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. 

In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wealth intermediaries across the Asia Pacific region. 

Mr. Hall joined Brookfield in 2016 and was formerly Head of Brookfield’s Public Securities business across Asia Pacific. Before joining Brookfield, Mr. Hall was a director at Prudential (U.K.) PLC’s asset management business. Prior to that, he was head of client relations for Deutsche Asset Management’s alternative asset management business. 

Mr. Hall holds a Master’s and Bachelor of Business degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Sophia Hanna is an Operating Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Hanna is responsible for information technology and cybersecurity due diligence processes across infrastructure and private equity. 
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Hanna held various information technology executive roles in the logistics, automotive, manufacturing, publishing, telecommunication, wholesale and retail industries.
  
Ms. Hanna holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Edinburgh Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. Ms. Hanna is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Accountant.

Valerie Hannah is a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for leading and developing the distributed generation business.

Ms. Hannah joined Brookfield in 2011 and since then has held a number of roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of TerraForm Power, and prior to that, as the Chief Financial Officer for the Renewable Power Group’s North American business.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Ms. Hannah held a senior finance role in a large Canadian public company.

Chris Harris is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group, responsible for client relations in the Western United States.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Harris was a director with Macquarie and before that, Citi. In 2005, he was appointed a Trustee to the Arizona State Retirement System. During his seven years on the $30 billion plan, his service included roles as Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee and the Trustee Representative on the private markets, real estate and private equity sub-committees. During his tenure, he helped spearhead a new investment policy statement, streamlined governance policies with regards to manager selection and was involved in two tactical asset allocation surveys and implementations.

Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. He currently serves on the National Board of Advisors at the University of Arizona Eller Business School and on a number of other non-profit committees and boards.

Wyatt Hartley is a Managing Partner and Head of North American Asset Management of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. He is also Co-President of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing portfolio companies and leading the growth of our platform in the United States. Mr. Hartley has held several senior positions across the organization, including most recently Chief Financial Officer of the Renewable Power & Transition group.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Hartley worked at a big-four accounting firm.

Mr. Hartley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Lyndsay Hatlelid is a Managing Partner and General Counsel of Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, she provides strategic and legal advice across the insurance business, and has oversight of legal, compliance and risk activities within the group. Ms. Hatlelid was previously responsible for legal and transaction execution within Brookfield’s Private Equity Group.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Hatlelid was a lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm, where her practice focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
 
Ms. Hatlelid holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University.

Keiji Hattori is Head of Japan for Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, Mr. Hattori is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading investors in Japan. Mr. Hattori is also a Representative Director of Brookfield Japan K.K.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Hattori was at Credit Suisse’s private funds group, where he established Asia coverage and lead distribution activities across Asia. Prior to that, Mr. Hattori held various senior role as investment banker at global investment banks, as well as a founding member of a private equity fund in Japan. Mr. Hattori started his career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Hattori holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keio University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.).

Dan Heffernan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for private fund client relationship and capital raising activities in the Western United States.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Heffernan was an executive director within Morgan Stanley’s FrontPoint Partners hedge fund division and global head of fund of funds and family office distribution. Before that, Mr. Heffernan was a vice president at Goldman Sachs within its alternative capital markets group and a vice president and the hedge fund product manager for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in North America. Prior to Mr. Heffernan’s career in finance, he was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Heffernan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Jack Hellmann is a Vice Chair in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. He is also Executive Chairman of Genesee & Wyoming (G&W), which was acquired by Brookfield Infrastructure in 2019.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Hellmann served in various roles at G&W including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, G&W grew its global operations from 21 railroads to 119 railroads.

Mr. Hellmann holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University. He serves on the Boards of Triton International and the Association of American Railroads.

Jason Hicks is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for portfolio management of North American logistics investments, overseeing capital markets, accounting and FP&A functions.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Hicks held senior roles at Newport US RE and Columbia Property Trust, where he was responsible for corporate finance, capital markets and corporate operations.  

Mr. Hicks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University.

John Hinkle is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily investment activity throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the U.S.   

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Hinkle held senior roles with large institutional real estate firms, focusing on the acquisition, disposition and development of residential and mixed-use investment properties throughout the U.S.      

Mr. Hinkle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University.

Taka Hirayama is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hirayama is responsible for leading business development and transaction execution in Japan.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Hirayama worked for a leading private equity firm, an investment bank and two Japanese corporations where he was responsible for energy and infrastructure investments across Asia as well as the Middle East and Africa.
  
Mr. Hirayama holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Waseda University.

Ryan Holbrook is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Holbrook focuses on business development and transaction execution across Brookfield’s infrastructure strategies in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Holbrook held successive investment banking roles at a leading investment bank.

Mr. Holbrook holds a Bachlelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business.

Matt Homan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he focuses on business operations and management of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Homan was CEO and Equity Partner in Premier Marine, a manufacturer of luxury boats. He also served as CEO of Liberty Diversified International, a privately held paper and packaging company, and served in various roles at Polaris Industries, including President of the Off-Road Vehicle Division.

Mr. Homan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Billy Hopkins is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Credit Group. In this role, he focuses on the origination, underwriting and asset management of the group’s real estate debt strategies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Hopkins worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as an executive director, where he oversaw originations for the west coast and northeast markets. Previously, Mr. Hopkins held various roles at Monday Properties and CBRE Capital Markets.

Mr. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.

Greg Horan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operational support, including the development of operational value creation and business plans during the due diligence phase and for the oversight of portfolio companies post acquisition.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Horan was a site manager at one of our portfolio companies and held various management positions in the mining and infrastructure industries.

Mr. Horan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Business degree from Central Queensland University and a Master of Science degree from Curtin Graduate School of Business.

Paula Horn is a Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, she serves as an integral member of its investment and risk committees and is involved in a variety of strategic initiatives, including product development and capital raising.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Horn was the Chief Investment Officer of Ziegler Capital Management where she oversaw equity trading, fixed income and equity teams, and served as the CIO and primary portfolio manager for all marketed fixed income products. Over her career, Ms. Horn has overseen and managed long-only strategies as well as leveraged hedge funds, structured products and mutual funds. Ms. Horn has marketed to and raised capital globally from private equity and hedge fund communities as well as institutional and retail channels.

Ms. Horn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.

Michael Horowitz is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution for the Brookfield Special Investments Fund.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Horowitz held positions in restructuring and corporate banking at Citigroup.

Mr. Horowitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University.

Brian Hourihan is Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel for the Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC (PSG) and the Brookfield BHS Advisors LLC (BHS) Group. In this role, Mr. Hourihan oversees the PSG/BHS Compliance Departments and is responsible for the implementation of compliance control structures, new regulatory requirements, and related policies and procedures.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Hourihan was the Regulatory Compliance Officer for Northstar Financial Services Group, LLC, and Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. He also worked at MFS Investment Management, Fidelity Investments, and Scudder Kemper and served as Senior Counsel in the division of investment management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
Mr. Hourihan earned a Master of Law degree in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.

Terry Hoyt is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for the origination, underwriting and asset management of Brookfield’s real estate finance funds. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, she worked at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, with a focus in real estate finance and capital markets and was responsible for the closing and securitization of all large loan transactions. 

Ms. Hoyt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth University.

Keir Hunt is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hunt is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Hunt was an Assistant Vice President at a Canadian corporation, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and public company matters as the General Counsel of two listed companies. Mr. Hunt began his career at a leading Canadian law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance.

Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thompson Rivers University.

Brian Hurley is a Managing Partner at Brookfield and General Counsel for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, where he oversees the legal and compliance functions and product development.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Hurley was an attorney at Paul, Hastings LLP and a member of the investment management practice group, where he focused his practice on representing investment advisers and various investment companies.

Mr. Hurley earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Brian Hurowitz is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the group’s tax operations globally, focusing on tax compliance, cash management, tax reporting, internal reorganizations and special projects. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Hurowitz was the head of tax at a global media company. He also spent a decade at EY, in their financial services office where he was assisted his clients with mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and tax provisions. 

Mr. Hurowitz holds a Master in Tax from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Matthew Hutton is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Hutton is primarily responsible for leading midstream and industrial infrastructure-related investment activities in North America.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Hutton was a manager of corporate development with a major U.S. conglomerate and previously worked for a leading investment bank in New York, where he focused on the infrastructure sector.
 
Mr. Hutton holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with concentrations in Finance and Mathematics, from Ithaca College.

Brad Hyler is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and Head of Real Estate in Europe. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all real estate activities in the region, including investments, portfolio management and new fund formation. Mr. Hyler has been instrumental in the creation and expansion of Brookfield’s logistics and student housing operating platforms. He is a member of Brookfield’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Hyler held various positions at O’Connor Capital Partners and Jones Lang Lasalle. 
  
Mr. Hyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Hyler serves as a Director on several of Brookfield’s real estate portfolio company boards in Europe.

Richard Ingram is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing business operations for portfolio companies in Europe.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Ingram held various senior positions including CEO of Smith Detection, CEO of Zodiac Aerospace Electrical Systems, and leadership roles at United Technologies and Goodrich.

Mr. Ingram holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick Business School and Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from the University of Manchester.

Lindsay Ingram is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she leads debt and equity capital markets activities for the private equity platform globally. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Ingram was a Vice President at a multi-strategy private equity firm, where she focused on distressed and opportunistic investing. Prior to that, she was an Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance group at a global investment bank.

Ms. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Huntsman Program.

Oscar Isoba is a Managing Director and U.S. Offshore and Latin America Head of Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. In this role, he markets private, semi-liquid, and public investment solutions to high-net-worth investors and advisors in the region.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Isoba served in a similar role at a global investment manager.  Before that, he was a managing director at a global asset management firm overseeing the firm’s retail and institutional sales and marketing efforts in the Americas region.

Mr. Isoba holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University.

Anish Jain is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. He is a member of its business operations team and is responsible for supporting execution and transformation within portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Jain was CEO of TSS, a Texas oilfield-services supply chain and logistics company, and served as an operations advisor to Blackstone, Carlyle, Apollo, and Energy Capital Partners on various energy and infrastructure transactions. He has also held roles in industrial businesses running finance, strategic planning, corporate development, international operations, and investor relations functions. Mr. Jain began his career in investment banking with UBS in New York City, and then private equity with Temasek Holdings in Singapore.

Mr. Jain holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from Tufts University.

Sam Jenkins is a Managing Director and leads the Client Relationship Management team for continental Europe and the Nordics.  In this role, he focuses on developing and maintaining the firm’s institutional relationships in these regions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Jenkins worked at Pantheon Ventures where he managed client relationships across Europe.  Previously, he held a similar role at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nottingham Business School.

Juan Jimenez is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for client portfolio management, capital raising and co-investment activities. Previously, he oversaw product development and fundraising for Brookfield’s real estate strategies.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Jimenez worked at a U.S.-focused real estate private equity firm and for a global investment bank.

Mr. Jimenez holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Aditya Joshi is a Managing Partner in Brookfield's Private Equity Group and heads the private equity business for Brookfield in India and the Middle East. In this role, Mr. Joshi is responsible for private equity strategy, including deal sourcing and execution, and portfolio monitoring.
  
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Joshi was a Principal at Apax Partners where he was involved in deals in the healthcare, technology services and financial services sectors. He also worked at Blackstone covering technology and business services, and at Morgan Stanley, working on fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions across various industries.
 
Mr. Joshi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pune. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a member of FICCI’s National Committee on Private Equity for India.

Dave Joynt is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Joynt is primarily responsible for leading transportation-related investment activities in North America.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Joynt was a senior principal at a leading Canadian pension investor on its infrastructure team across several geographies, including working as CFO of its Australian rail business. Previously, Mr. Joynt worked for private equity and advisory.

Mr. Joynt holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he graduated as an Ivey Scholar.

Sir Ron Kalifa is Vice Chair and Head of Financial Infrastructure investing in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for Brookfield’s financial infrastructure investment strategy which focuses on identifying opportunities in digital assets and services that form the backbone of the global economy.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Sir Ron served as CEO of Worldpay for over a decade, a leading global payments platform overseeing its divestment into private equity ownership and subsequently to IPO. He also served as Chair of Network International, a leading payments operator across the Middle East and Africa that was acquired by a Brookfield-led consortium. In 2021, he led the Kalifa Review of U.K. Fintech, a government-commissioned independent review which defined a strategy and delivery model for fintech and high-growth sectors of the economy. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in finance across the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.

Sir Ron is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He also serves as a senior independent director on the Bank of England’s Court of Directors, a member of the Council of Imperial College London, a Trustee of the Royal Foundation, and a Non-Executive Director for the England and Wales Cricket Board and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

Ruban Kaneshamoorthy is a Managing Director, Head of Brookfield Property Group in Australia and Co-Head of Australia for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy is responsible for investment and portfolio activity in the country, as well as fundraising and key client relationships across Australia. Previously, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy was the Head of Investments for the Real Estate Group in Australia, leading the team in sourcing, underwriting and executing real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy held a number of senior roles in real estate private equity and investment banking, including at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. Mr. Kaneshamoorthy has experience on transactions across Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore and Japan.

Mr. Kaneshamoorthy holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.

Venkat Kannan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing the finance and operations team for the group, as well as financial planning and analysis within Brookfield Asset Management. 

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Kannan held progressively senior roles in Toronto and Singapore at Canadian asset management firm Mackenzie Investments. He was previously a part of the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte in Toronto and Hong Kong. 

Mr. Kannan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Swarup Katuri is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for business development and investment activities in the multifamily sector, and portfolio management of Brookfield’s investment in Forest City.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Katuri worked at Associated Estates Realty Corp (AEC), where he was a member of the senior management team that led the sale of AEC to Brookfield.  

Mr. Katuri holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar, and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Case Western Reserve University.

Vincent Kerboull is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing investments in France and Benelux.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Kerboull worked for Blackstone in its European real estate group and at Lazard Freres & Co. in Paris.

Mr. Kerboull holds a Master of Finance degree from ESCP Europe and a Master of Civil Engineering degree from ESTP Paris. 

Karen Khalil is a Managing Director and Head of Canada for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wealth intermediaries across Canada.  

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Ms. Khalil was head of retail distribution for BlackRock's indexing business, iShares Canada, where she was responsible for shaping the firm's wealth management strategy. Previously, Ms. Khalil was head of institutional sales for Vanguard Investments Canada after having held similar roles with other firms, including UBS Global Asset Management Canada, HSBC Global Asset Management and Invesco.  

Ms. Khalil holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.

Hamish Kidd is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group.  In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in the Americas.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Kidd worked for two leading investment banks, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure sector.
  
Mr. Kidd holds a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD, and Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Canterbury.

Christina Kim is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for the origination, execution and management of global infrastructure direct high grade and crossover credit investments.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Ms. Kim led a team at Prudential Private Capital, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing global infrastructure debt investments. Ms. Kim previously held roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup within the investment banking divisions.

Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron Kline is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and is the Global Head of Tax for Brookfield Asset Management. In these roles, he leads the groups’ global tax functions, including tax planning and strategy, risk management, tax authority audits and compliance.

Mr. Kline joined Brookfield in 2009 and previously held several tax-related positions in Brookfield’s Corporate, Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked in the tax practice of a global public accounting firm.

Mr. Kline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
