We have established several initiatives to attract and retain talented women at Brookfield, and our global Women’s Advisory Committee actively advises management on how to make our firm more welcoming to women. 

The Brookfield Women’s Network is dedicated to attracting, developing and motivating a community of women across the firm’s business groups. The group seeks to engage, inspire and support female employees, at all levels, through career growth and leadership development programs.
