Caroline Rouse is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, she focuses on business development and transaction execution across Brookfield’s infrastructure strategies in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Rouse worked at leading investment banks, providing financing solutions for infrastructure projects throughout the Americas.

Ms. Rouse holds a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
