Gayle Miller is a Senior Advisor to Brookfield. In this role, she is engaged in multiple areas across the firm, and with our clients and asset owners on topics including energy transition and managing the complex needs of various constituents in the path toward net zero.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Ms. Miller was chief deputy of policy to the California Department of Finance and senior counselor on infrastructure and clean energy finance to the Governor, where she championed the state's landmark clean energy agenda. She previously was vice chair of the investment committee for the California Teachers’ Retirement System; additionally, she served as an advisor to the Governor for the California Public Employee Retirement System.

Ms. Miller holds Master of Business Administration degrees from Columbia University and University of California, Berkeley Hass School of Business, as well as Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of California, Davis.
