Shashank Bhalla is a Managing Director and Head of Europe for Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the insurance platform in the U.K. and Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Bhalla was an investment banker focused on advising insurance companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also worked at several leading U.K. insurers.

Mr. Bhalla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Warwick. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
