Our presence in South Korea

Brookfield opened its Seoul office in 2014. In 2016, we acquired Seoul’s International Finance Centre and have since expanded into logistics. In 2022, Brookfield acquired SK Airplus, which supplies industrial gas to the semiconductor sector and was our first Korean infrastructure asset. In 2024, the firm made its first investment in energy by acquiring  Hanmaeum Energy’s operating and development platform.
