Craig Noble
Craig Noble
Craig Noble is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Credit business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations, and the expansion of the Credit business. The Credit business encompasses credit strategies across Brookfield credit funds and insurance accounts, and Brookfield's partnerships with affiliated managers including Oaktree Capital and LCM Partners, and manages over $200 billion in capital for institutional investors, insurance companies and individual investors.
Mr. Noble joined Brookfield in 2004 and has held a variety of senior roles across private and public markets, including most recently CEO of Alternative Investments. Mr. Noble previously held investment roles in credit and infrastructure and was the CIO and CEO of Brookfield's Public Securities Business. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Noble spent five years with Bank of Montreal focused on corporate lending and corporate finance.
Mr. Noble holds a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and is a CFA charterholder.

Lisa Anderson
Lisa Anderson
Lisa Anderson is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she leads the firm’s structured solutions efforts. Previously, Ms. Anderson was on the client relationship management team where she launched Brookfield’s Insurance Dedicated Fund.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Anderson held senior roles at investment banking institutions including Head of ABS research and Structured Credit business development.
Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.

Anthony Bavaro
Anthony Bavaro
Anthony Bavaro is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of trade execution and settlement, operational fund management, asset valuation and servicing and risk reporting and tracking. Additionally, he works across Brookfield’s businesses assisting with execution of special situations.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Bavaro was Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Sandell Asset Management, responsible for financial reporting, operations and back office administration.
Mr. Bavaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College and is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Carolyn Bidwell
Carolyn Bidwell
Carolyn Bidwell is Head of Tax for Brookfield’s Global Client and Credit Groups, as well as Head of U.S. Tax for Brookfield Asset Management. She is responsible for strategic tax planning and structuring across the asset management business, leading the global tax function for the Credit business, tax structuring across all Brookfield private funds, and tax-related legislative and regulatory initiatives. Previously, she oversaw the global mergers and acquisitions tax team in the Real Estate Group and the structuring of Brookfield’s global real estate funds.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Bidwell was an associate at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Clifford Chance, where she represented private equity funds and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and fund structuring.
Ms. Bidwell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London. Ms. Bidwell serves as a committee member of the Real Estate Roundtable, NAREIT, the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, and several other industry groups. She also serves on the board of directors of the United Way of New York City.

Nailah Flake
Nailah Flake
Nailah Flake is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for the origination, underwriting and asset management of the group’s real estate debt strategies.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Flake was a Managing Director and head of originations for the commercial real estate lending group at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Flake holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College.

Scott Froehlich
Scott Froehlich
Scott Froehlich is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is a member of the firm’s advisory team, which focuses on optimizing the fund-raising process for Brookfield’s internal and partner-led credit strategies.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Froehlich spent nine years at Eaton Partners, a global placement agent, where he was a managing director focused on origination, project management and distribution across credit and hedge fund strategies. Prior to Eaton, he spent several years in senior roles within fundraising and portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, he held various research and trading roles.
Mr. Froehlich holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.

Christina Kim
Christina Kim
Christina Kim is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for the origination, execution and management of global infrastructure direct high grade and crossover credit investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Ms. Kim led a team at Prudential Private Capital, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing global infrastructure debt investments. Ms. Kim previously held roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup within the investment banking divisions.
Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Roger Kramer
Roger Kramer
Roger Kramer is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors in the insurance channel in the United States.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Kramer was Co-Head of Asset Management at Brighthouse Financial where he was responsible for strategic objectives and optimizing portfolio returns. He also worked at Voya Financial and Lincoln Financial Group where he focused on investment strategy and alternative investments.
Mr. Kramer holds a Master of Finance degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Craig Laurie is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the group’s capital markets activities. Mr. Laurie has held a number of senior finance positions across the Firm, including Capital Markets for Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Business Partners.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 1997, Mr. Laurie worked in restructuring and advisory services at Deloitte.
Mr. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

John Lee
John Lee
John Lee is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for the underwriting and asset management activities of Brookfield’s real estate debt strategies.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2008, Mr. Lee held positions in the commercial real estate group at Deutsche Bank and Countrywide with a focus in credit and portfolio management, underwriting, and mezzanine lending.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University.

Hadley Peer Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s finance, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. She is also a Managing Partner and co-Head of Brookfield’s infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses, where she oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at a leading investment bank, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.
Ms. Peer Marshall holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Justin Monge
Justin Monge
Justin Monge is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for investor relations, fundraising and finance activities for the group’s real estate debt strategies.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, he was a director at Deutsche Bank where he was a member of the management team for realty mezzanine investment funds and served in various capacities within its real estate investment banking, real estate private equity and asset management operations groups.
Mr. Monge holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and an Artium Baccalaureus from Harvard College.

Robert Paine
Robert Paine
Bob Paine is a Managing Director responsible for credit investments for Brookfield’s Credit Group.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Paine worked at Advent Capital, where he was a managing director and portfolio manager specializing in distressed, credit, and event-driven opportunities, as well as group head of high-yield strategies. He was also a senior managing director and portfolio manager in distressed and credit opportunities at GSC Partners and a partner and portfolio manager at Stanfield Capital. Mr. Paine began his career at Putnam Investments where he was responsible for distressed credit strategies.
Mr. Paine holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Boston University.

William Powell
William Powell
Bill Powell is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. He currently leads the firm’s real estate debt team. Since joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Powell has held many roles across the organization including Partner in Brookfield’s initial Real Estate Finance business, and Chief Operating Officer of the Brookfield Property Group.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Powell held various senior management positions within the real estate capital markets groups at a number of investment management firms.
Mr. Powell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond.

Ian Simes
Ian Simes
Ian Simes is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group and co-Head of its infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses. In this role, Mr. Simes oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Simes was a director on the infrastructure team of the capital markets origination group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure financings for clients in the capital markets.
Mr. Simes holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Robert White
Robert White
Robert White is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for working with Brookfield’s partner managers, credit investment strategies and insurance clients. Within these areas, Mr. White oversees a team focused on expanding Brookfield’s institutional relationships, fundraising and client strategy to build out these businesses. This includes a team dedicated to providing comprehensive structured credit solutions to our institutional clients.
Mr. White joined Brookfield in 2009 and previously assisted in the development of the Private Funds Group, which included leading the client relationship management and business development teams responsible for the marketing strategy and fundraising activities of Brookfield’s private funds globally. Before Brookfield, Mr. White was a managing director at Knight Capital Partners where he co-founded the private equity group, and a director at Lazard Frères and co-founder of its private fund advisory group in London. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in various investment banking positions.
Mr. White holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.

Eric Wittleder
Eric Wittleder
Eric Wittleder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, Mr. Wittleder serves as Deputy CIO of Brookfield’s infrastructure high yield debt strategy and supports the oversight of the underwriting of its global credit investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Wittleder worked for several leading investment banks, raising debt capital for energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America.
Mr. Wittleder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
