Bruce Flatt
Bruce Flatt
Bruce Flatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield, a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management, wealth solutions, and its operating businesses, with over $1 trillion in assets under management.
Mr. Flatt joined Brookfield in 1990 and became CEO in 2002. Under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries.
Mr. Flatt has served on many public company boards over the past three decades.
Mark Carney
Mark Carney
Mark Carney is the Chair of Brookfield Asset Management and Head of Transition Investing. In this role, he is focused on the development of products for investors that will combine positive social and environmental outcomes with strong risk-adjusted returns.
Mr. Carney is an economist and banker who served as the Governor of the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020, and prior to that as Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2008 until 2013. He was Chairman of the Financial Stability Board from 2011 to 2018. Prior to his governorships, Mr. Carney worked at Goldman Sachs as well as the Canadian Department of Finance.
He is a long-time and well-known advocate for sustainability, specifically with regard to the management and reduction of climate risks. He is currently the United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance and Co-Chair for the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero.
He is also Chair of the Group of Thirty and Bloomberg LP’s Board of Directors, as well as an external member of the Board of Stripe, a member of the Global Advisory Board of PIMCO, Harvard University, Rideau Hall Foundation, Bilderberg, the Peterson Institute for International Economics, the Blavatnik School at Oxford, and the Hoffman Institute for Global Business and Society at INSEAD, Cultivo, Senior counsellor of the MacroAdvisory Partners, and Advisor of the Watershed as well as President of Chatham House.
Mr. Carney holds doctorate and master’s degrees from Oxford University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
Connor Teskey

Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business.
Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank.
Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Nicholas Goodman
Nicholas Goodman
Nicholas Goodman is President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for allocating the Corporation’s capital across Brookfield’s various businesses and new business initiatives. He also has overall responsibility for global finance, tax, treasury and capital markets.
Mr. Goodman joined Brookfield in 2010 and since then has held several roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Goodman worked for large financial institutions in London and New York.
Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Justin Beber

Justin Beber is Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he has primary oversight of Brookfield’s corporate operations, including human resources, legal, compliance, risk management and internal audit activities. Mr. Beber is also responsible for the advancement and execution of strategic initiatives across Brookfield’s asset management business.
Mr. Beber joined Brookfield in 2007 and has held a variety of senior roles including Head of Strategic Initiatives for the Infrastructure Group. Prior to Brookfield, he was a partner with a leading Toronto-based law firm, where his practice focused on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity.
Mr. Beber holds a combined Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law degree from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Canada and a Bachelor of Economics degree from McGill University.
Barry Blattman
Barry Blattman
Barry Blattman is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he focuses on senior, strategic client and business relationships, and contributes to general business development and transaction strategy globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Blattman was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, having begun his career with Salomon Brothers in 1986.
Mr. Blattman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He serves on the boards of Montefiore Medicine and Montefiore Health System, is chairman of Montefiore’s Real Estate Planning & Development Committee, Co-Chair of the University of Michigan’s NY Metropolitan Regional Campaign Council and is a member of The University of Michigan LSA Dean’s Advisory Committee.
Jeff Blidner
Jeff Blidner
Jeff Blidner is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Corporation.
Mr. Blidner also serves as Chairman of Brookfield Renewable Partners, Chairman of Brookfield Business Partners, and as a Director of Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a Senior Partner of a Canadian law firm.
James Bodi

James Bodi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal and Regulatory Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing Brookfield’s Bermuda office as well as corporate legal and regulatory compliance for its associated Bermuda entities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bodi practiced corporate law as a partner at a leading offshore law firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced tax and corporate law in Canada.
Mr. Bodi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western University Faculty of Law.

Gail Cecil is a Managing Director in Brookfield Asset Management, focused on new product development and strategic initiatives.
Ms. Cecil joined Brookfield in 2003 and has held investment roles across various groups, including private equity, principal lending and public securities. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Cecil worked for an investment bank in its mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and equity capital markets groups.
Ms. Cecil holds a Master of Business Administration degree (with Honors) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western and an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Ms. Cecil holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Dominic Dodds is a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management responsible for technology services globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Dodds led the North American infrastructure outsourcing services team for a global business management consulting organization, where he was responsible for the delivery and sales of IT services to some of the company's largest clients. Prior to that, Mr. Dodds was the Client Executive for a major Canadian utility and IT Director for the Players' Association of a popular professional sport in Canada.

Jason Dyki is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Capital Markets & Treasury Group. In this role, Mr. Dyki is responsible originating, executing and managing the debt capital solutions that support Brookfield’s investment strategies across the real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and private equity platforms in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Dyki was a State Director in the institutional property group at The Australian and New Zealand Banking Group. Previously, he held banking and accounting roles at Citi, Rothschild & Co., Ferrier Hodgson and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Dyki received Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Queensland and holds the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand designation.
Philippa Elder

Philippa Elder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal & Regulatory group. In this role, she is responsible for corporate legal, governance and regulatory compliance for Brookfield’s asset management activities in Europe, Middle East and APAC.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2007 following the acquisition of Multiplex, she has held transactional and regulatory legal roles in our London and Sydney offices. Before this, Ms. Elder worked at international law firms in Australia and the U.K. where she focused on corporate finance.
Ms. Elder holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London.

Ronald Fisher-Dayn is a Managing Partner at Brookfield. In this role, he is responsible for the regulatory compliance program for Brookfield’s asset management and broker-dealer activities in the U.S.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Fisher-Dayn held various legal and compliance roles in the asset management industry, including Head of Legal at Ivy Asset Management, an alternatives asset manager and a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon. Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, a fixed-income asset manager and subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Prior to that, Mr. Fisher-Dayn was an Associate in the Asset Management Group of the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
Mr. Fisher-Dayn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from the University of Manchester School of Law in the U.K. and a Master of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Suzanne Fleming

Suzanne Fleming is Global Head of Corporate Communications & Brand for Brookfield. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s public relations, branding, corporate marketing and internal communications globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in June 2015, she was a Managing Director in corporate communications at Credit Suisse. She also worked in corporate communications at Morgan Stanley, both in New York and Hong Kong.
Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Huron College at Western University in Canada. She is on the board of Huron College.

Jason Fooks is a Managing Director for Brookfield Asset Management, where he oversees all aspects of investor relations for the publicly traded company. In this role, he is responsible for communicating the company’s strategy, growth opportunities and financial position to public investors, research analysts and other key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Fooks held senior-level roles in investor relations and capital markets.
Mr. Fooks holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.

Esteban Fornasar is a Managing Director for Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he focuses on strategic planning initiatives across finance, administration and capital markets. He also manages relationships with regional banks and other financial institutions in Brazil.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Fornasar held senior roles with several large financial institutions.
Mr. Fornasar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He is a CFA charterholder.
Paulo Garcia

Paulo Garcia is a Managing Partner in Corporate Operations, responsible for Legal and Regulatory areas in Brazil.
Mr. Garcia has been the head of the Legal area of Brookfield Brazil since January 2005 and the head of the Regulatory area since August 2013. As the head of the Legal area in Brookfield, Mr. Garcia is responsible for the legal affairs and a number of transaction execution deals of the Brookfield Group of companies in Brazil. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Garcia has occupied general counsel and associate general counsel positions for several companies including AMBEV, REXAM and CSN. Mr. Garcia also worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Law Firm in Brazil.
Mr. Garcia holds a post-graduate (1995) degree in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC), and graduated in Law from PUC in 1990. Mr. Garcia also took part of the Advanced Management Program of Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD in 2006.
Brian Hurley

Brian Hurley is a Managing Partner at Brookfield and General Counsel for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, he oversees the legal and compliance functions and is also actively involved in the Public Securities Group’s investment funds business, including product and business development.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Hurley was an attorney at Paul, Hastings LLP and a member of the Investment Management Practice Group, where he focused his practice on representing investment advisers and various investment companies.
Mr. Hurley earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Brian Lawson is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he provides guidance and advice on the company’s finance and risk management activities.
Since joining Brookfield in 1988, Mr. Lawson has held a number of senior management positions in Brookfield’s investment and finance operations, including serving as CFO of Brookfield Asset Management from 2002 to 2020. In 2013, he was named Canada’s CFO of the Year by PwC, FEI Canada and Robert Half International.
Mr. Lawson is Chair of the board of directors of the Community Food Centres Canada. He and his wife support a number of initiatives focused on transforming the food system for better human and planetary health.

Luiz Lopes is the Executive Chair of Brookfield Brazil where he provides strategic oversight for the region and focuses on building and maintaining senior strategic client and business relationships in Brazil.
Mr. Lopes was Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Brazil from 2007 to 2017. Prior to joining Brookfield in 1994, Mr. Lopes was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Magliano CTVM, as well as Managing Director of Fiat Leasing and Banco Fiat.
Mr. Lopes is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Symphonic Orchestra and the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce. He also is a member of the International Advisory Board of Fundação Dom Cabral, a world renowned executive education center, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a leading academic and research center.

Simon Maine is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Corporate Communications & Brand group. In this role, he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic communications plans in Europe, as well as for the Renewable Power & Transition and Infrastructure businesses globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Maine was director of corporate affairs for Ovo Energy and a partner at Brunswick Group.
Mr. Maine holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Oxford.
Richard Maingot

Richard Maingot is the Chief Internal Auditor of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of internal audit services to management and the audit committees of Brookfield Asset Management and its main listed subsidiaries.
Mr. Maingot joined Brookfield in 1999, and since then has held a number of roles across the organization in Brazil and Canada. He was initially Vice President and Group Controller for Brookfield Brazil, followed by Audit Director. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Maingot worked for Deloitte.
Mr. Maingot holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ibmec in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mr. Maingot is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also a governor of the Toronto Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Swati Mandava is Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Brookfield Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for providing legal advice in relation to existing and new initiatives of the Corporation, serving as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Corporation, and having oversight of legal and compliance activities.
Ms. Mandava joined Brookfield in 2015 and has held several roles including serving as senior lawyer for Brookfield’s India and Middle East business. Prior to joining Brookfield, she worked for a leading corporate law firm in India, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and advising on a variety of corporate transactions.
Ms. Mandava holds a dual Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from NALSAR, University of Law in Hyderabad, India.

Bahir Manios is a Senior Advisor to Brookfield Asset Management. He joined Brookfield in 2004 and has previously served in a variety of senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer for Brookfield Asset Management, Chief Strategy Officer in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group, as well as Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Reinsurance.
Prior to that, Mr. Manios was the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners.
Mr. Manios is a graduate of the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Hadley Peer Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s finance, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. She is also a Managing Partner and co-Head of Brookfield’s infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses, where she oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at a leading investment bank, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.
Ms. Peer Marshall holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kerrie McHugh is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Corporate Communications & Brand group. In this role, she is responsible for media relations and communication for various businesses including Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Real Estate.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. McHugh was the head of Americas communication at Deutsche Bank.

Angela Mitchell is a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she leads internal audit activities for Brookfield’s Infrastructure and Real Estate businesses globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Ms. Mitchell was a Partner in the advisory practice at KPMG focused on real assets sectors including mining, real estate, telecommunications and transportation. In addition, she was Vice President Risk and Internal Audit at a mining and chemicals company.
Ms. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is both a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Aleks Novakovic is the Global Head of Tax of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the corporation’s global tax function, including tax strategy, risk management, tax authority audits and compliance.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2004, Mr. Novakovic held various tax roles with a major financial institution in Canada and one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Mr. Novakovic holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree from Brock University and qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Lori Pearson

Lori Pearson is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Corporation. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Brookfield Wealth Solutions.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, Ms. Pearson was with Ernst and Young, where she held various roles within its audit practice and served on the leadership team for its tax practice.
Ms. Pearson holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. In 2017, she was named a Fellow by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. She is on the boards of the Brookfield Foundation and Pathways to Education in Canada and is a past member of the boards of Brookfield Asset Management and Norbord Inc.

Sridhar Rengan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Finance team. In this role, he is responsible for finance and public and regulatory affairs in India.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Rengan held various roles over the last three decades in real estate, infrastructure and consumer businesses, and was the CFO for Piramal Roads Infra Private Limited.
Mr. Rengan holds a law degree from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree with honors from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata. He is also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a member in Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Kathy Sarpash is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal & Regulatory group. In this role, she is responsible for corporate legal, governance and regulatory functions for Brookfield’s asset management activities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, she held a number of positions including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at another asset management firm and Senior Legal Counsel in the Global Wealth and Distribution group of a Canadian Schedule I bank.
Ms. Sarpash holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sheffield School of Law in the U.K. and Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from the University of Toronto. Ms. Sarpash is called to the bar of Ontario.
Patrick Taylor

Patrick Taylor is a Managing Director for Brookfield Corporation, responsible for the global accounting and financial reporting functions.
Mr. Taylor joined Brookfield in 2011, and since then has held a number of senior finance roles across the organization including Chief Financial Officer of its European infrastructure group based in London and Chief Financial Officer of an integrated logistics portfolio company in the U.K. and mainland Europe. Previously, Patrick was a longstanding member of the infrastructure finance leadership team in Toronto, where he held various roles across financial reporting, fund finance and operations and portfolio management. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Taylor was in the audit group at KPMG.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
